Our general policy for any trader bookings regarding refunds is that refunds will not be issued without good cause or explanation, one month before the event takes place.  Examples of invalid reasons such as family bereavement, illness, breakdown or loss of transportation and any other circumstances beyond the organiser’s control will not be accepted by ourselves as the organisers.  Cancellations 3 months prior to the event will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee and PayPal refund fee.

Example: Exhibitor booking £50 less 25% = £37 less PayPal fee issued at time of refund may result approximately in a total refund of £36.  Cancellations 6 months prior to the event will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee less PayPal refund fee.

If any events are cancelled by ourselves as organisers, then traders will be refunded without charge.


Re-scheduled events which occur due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control, any exhibitor booked in at the original advertised date, but unable to attend the

re-scheduled date will receive a refund, less PayPal refund fee or will be given the option of a credit to use towards a future event of their choosing within a 12 month period, after which transfer will no longer be valid.

Traders can also choose to designate a friend, family member or colleague to run

their trader space on their behalf as long as we, the organisers are notified beforehand by email.


Exhibitors are advised to carefully read our refund policy before making a booking, as our conditions will be firm and not subject to flexibility.

Disputes may be put forward to the PayPal resolution centre in the event that grievances are not settled between both parties.


Ticket Refunds


Ticket holders will not be refunded unless the event has been cancelled. Neither will tickets be refunded on the basis that the event was not up to their expectations. Example: “Were not happy with the guests, traders or venue.”
